EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

1. A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SUCCESSFUL (PREFERABLY MUNICIPAL) PROJECT MANAGEMENT INVOLVING SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION.
2. DEMONSTRATED COMPETENCE IN SUSTAINING PROJECT TIMELINES, SCHEDULES, AND CRITICAL PATH ANALYSIS WITH ALL AFFECTED PARTIES.
3. EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP, PREFERABLY IN A MUNICIPAL SETTING.
4. ABILITY TO WORK WITH KEY CITY STAFF AND THE VENDOR STAFF TO ESTABLISH PERFORMANCE TARGETS, TRACK PROGRESS, AND CREATE CONCISE REPORTING THROUGH VARIOUS MEANS (I.E., ELECTRONIC, DATABASE, PERT, AND GANTT-TYPE PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOLS).
5. STRONG ABILITY TO KEEP STAFF TEAMS FOCUSED ON GOAL ATTAINMENT WITHIN CONFLICTING TIME PARAMETERS.
